Jersey Fabric
Jersey is a soft stretchy, knitted fabric made from the original w. Today, jersey is also made from cotton, cotton blends and synthetic fibers. The right side of the jersey knitted fabric is slightly knitted with single ribs, while the back of the jersey is melted with loops. The fabric is usually light-medium weight and is used for a variety of clothing and household items such as sweatshirts or bedsheets.
